To provide a connector capable of fitting a mating connector to a housing which is rotated with respect to a base at a desired angle and holding the housing in a state of fitting the mating connector thereto at the desired angle.

The connector 1 includes: a base 10 which holds a connection terminal 11 to which a mating terminal 72 of a mating connector 3 is connected; a housing 12 which is rotatably rotated with respect to the base 10 and to which the mating connector 3 is fitted; and a projection 50 and a plurality of recesses 26 as an angle holding mechanism which hold a rotation angle of the housing 12 with respect to the base 10.
