Abstract:

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a connector having a contact with low contact resistance.SOLUTION: A contact part 230 of a contact 220 comprises: a base material 236 made of copper or a copper alloy; a second plating layer 234 formed on the base material 236; and a first plating layer 232 formed on the second plating layer 234. The first plating layer 232 is made of silver or a silver alloy, and has a Vickers hardness of 90 Hv or lower. The second plating layer 234 is made of silver or a silver alloy, and has a Vickers hardness of 100 Hv or higher.
