Abstract:
PURPOSE: To enhance reliability of products and reduce cost by incorporating a differential piston in a valve body and threrby discharging a fixed quantity of liquid at constant velocity of flow.
CONSTITUTION: The valve body consists of a main body 1 of the valve body, an intermediate member 2 of the valve body and a top member 3 of the valve body. A valve spool 4 and a liquid pump piston 5 are built in the valve body with permitted vertical movement. A nozzle 6 is screwed at the lower tip of the main body 1 of the valve body. Liquid sent by pressure passes 4b from a liquid conduit 4a provided at the center of the valve spool 4, and optionally fixed quantity of the liquid is enclosed in a pump chamber 1a in the valve body 1.
