Abstract:
PURPOSE:To automatically minimize the inter-block speed fluctuation by automatically recognizing the feeding type and the continuity of mobile blocks and obtaining a distribution end speed vector in order to add this vector to the present target position through the distribution of the inter-block speed. CONSTITUTION:In the numerical control of an NC equipment, the feeding type and the continuity of mobile blocks are automatically recognized and the acceleration/deceleration time constant is invalidated. Furthermore the acceleration/deceleration processing is not carried out as the internal processing when the continuous block commands of a working program are recognized as a 1st processing that minimizes the inter-block speed fluctuation which is produced even when the acceleration/deceleration time constant is invalid. Then a distribution end speed vector is obtained as a means which moves the NC equipment to the next block as a 2nd processing, and this speed vector is added to the present target position. In such a constitution, the acceleration/ deceleration time constant is invalidated and therefore the inter-block speed fluctuation that is produced even in an invalid state of the acceleration/ deceleration time constant can be minimized.
