PURPOSE: To control the taking-up speed at a constant value with high precision by constituting a corrected speed control circuit from an initial speed control circuit, main speed control circuit, phase difference control oscillator, amplifier equipped with automatic gain controller, and a switch.
CONSTITUTION: The pulse signal supplied from a taking-up speed detector 2 and the circumferential speed setting pulse signal supplied from a setting device 7 are compared in frequency level by a phase difference controlling oscillator 21, and if a phase difference exists, a prescribed voltage is outputted. The output voltage signal is amplified by an amplifier 22 equipped with an automatic gain controller and inputted as a addition/subtraction signal into an adder 14 through a switch 23. Therefore, the over-shoot and under-shoot which are generated by the delay of response in a main speed control circuit 11 are reduced, and the variation width in the speed variation is reduced, and the stable taking-up control is permitted. The timing for putting a corrected speed control circuit 12 to the closed circuit state by operating the switch 23 is set at the time after the lapse of several minutes through the operation of the main speed control circuit 11.
