Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve the maintainability of a constant-temperature liquid circulator, and sharply curtail the manhour in assembly at manufacture at the same time with it.
SOLUTION: In a constant-temperature liquid circulator for circulating and supplying coolant at constant temperature to load, the cooling circulation unit 2 equipped with a cooling circuit for cooling the coolant returned from the load in a heat exchanger 21 and a circulation circuit for sending out the coolant cooled in the heat exchanger 21 after heating it while adjusting the temperature to the specified temperature, the input/indication unit 3 including a stat switch, a temperature setter for sling the temperature of the coolant, and an operation display, the control unit 4 equipped with a sequencer, and the electric device unit 5 including electric devices are unitized, and those units 2-5 are attached freely of mounting and removal each independently on the machine frame, and the electric wiring of each unit 2-5 is connected electrically through a relay board 6 attached to the machine.
