Title:
CONSTRUCTING METHOD OF PRODUCTIVE LINE
Document Type and Number:
Japanese Patent JP3737351
Kind Code:
B2
Abstract:

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a constructing method of a productive line capable of absorbing a deviation in steps of work due to a difference of kinds of machines.
SOLUTION: This constructing method of the productive line capable of producing various kinds of vehicular bodies by a single main line comprises a main/sub classifying process (steps S1, S2) extracting common components among machines as main components and the rest components as sub components; a synchronous/asynchronous classifying process (step S3) extracting the sub components capable of synchronizing with the main components and being assembled by a sub line as synchronous sub components from the above- mentioned sub line, and extracting the rest sub components as asynchronous sub components; and an asynchronous sub components assigning process (step S6) assigning all steps of assembling the asynchronous sub components to at least one of a step deviation between the main components different according to kinds of machines in the main line or a step deviation between the synchronous sub components different according to kinds of machines in the sub line.
