Abstract:
PURPOSE: To shorten the term of work by forming a unit by a pair of surface steel plates arranged in parallel and a partition wall, passing a connecting reinforcement into a through-hole formed to the partition wall and mutually connecting the adjacent units.
CONSTITUTION: A plurality of horizontal shear plates 13a positioned on the outsides of partition walls 5 and extended left and right are installed at both left and right end sections between a pair of surface steel plates 3, and notches 14 are formed to each horizontal shear plate 13a. A plurality of vertical shear plates 13b are mounted at both upper and lower end sections between the surface steel plates 3, and band-shaped reinforcement receiving plates 17 are welded among each of the vertical shear plates 13b and the partition walls 5. Connecting reinforcements 19 are inserted into the through-holes of the reinforcement receiving plates 17 and the partition walls 5 and left and right units 1 are joined mutually, and concrete is placed between a pair of the surface steel plates 3. Accordingly, the connecting operation of the units can be facilitated.
