Accordingly, the construction period can be greatly reduced and the construction cost can also be decreased and unskilled technicians, even ordinary workers, can carry out a sufficiently accurate construction. Since the roof panels 6 attaching the superficial members 11, 12 at both sides of the core member 10 are used for construction of the roof truss A, even if it is a simple structure, a superior quake resisting wall to a standard one can be obtained and further, an excellent wall in heat insulation and sound insulation can be obtained as well.
