PURPOSE: To accurately and safely construct a tower in a short interval, by attaching large size panel units assembled on the ground for external walls of the tower by lifting up them to the uppermost floor after tower frames are erected on the uppermost floor.
CONSTITUTION: A plurality of external aluminum wall panels for a tower are attached to the front face of steel substrates framed as a lattice to form a large size unit A on the ground floor S. And the tower frames 1 are erected on the uppermost floor 2 of a steel skeleton multi-floor building. The large size panel unit A is lifted up to the uppermost floor 2 by a lifter like a winch, a tower crane 6, etc. The substrates are attached to the panthouse 1 and the periphery of the tower frames 1 is covered with the units A to construct the external wall 3 of the penthouse 1.
