PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve reliability of hydraulic equipment and performance of a cooling system, a cooling fan and engine cooling, and reduce noise in a cooling system of a construction machine.
SOLUTION: An operator room 15 is installed at one side 1a of a front part of a construction machine. An engine 8 is transversely mounted between a counter weight 27 and the operator room 15. A cooling equipment, either an oil cooler 50x or a radiator 40 that are mounted forward of the engine 8, and a first cooling fan 52 are installed. The cooling equipment other than the mentioned above mounted on the other side 1b opposite to the side 1a and a second cooling fan 53 are installed. Either a fuel tank 31 or a hydraulic oil tank 30 is mounted between either the one cooling equipment or the first cooling fan and the operator room 15. In addition, the other tank is mounted between the engine 8 and the other cooling equipment. Thereby, an engine room ER comprising partitions surrounding the engine 8 is installed.
