A constant-voltage circuit 24 feeding to an electric operation lever devices 5, 6 and a constant-voltage circuit 25 feeding to rotary angle sensors 18, 19, 20 of working devices 7 are provided in a controller 21. These constant-voltage circuits 24, 25 and an A/D converter 26 are actuated by a reference voltage signal Vs output from a reference electric source 23. In this way, even when constant-voltage circuit 25, a cable 29, etc., for instance go wrong, or the voltage of a battery 22 varies, the operation lever devices 5, 6 can be stably actuated and a detection signal Va corresponding to an operation quantity of an operator can be accurately output and the construction machine can be smoothly operated.
