To provide a construction machine capable of largely securing an illumination range of a headlight, and capable of restraining an exhaust pipe from becoming a hindrance to forward illumination by the headlight.
This construction machine has an operation cab 2, an engine hood 31, the exhaust pipe 32, the first headlight 51 and the second headlight 52. The engine hood 31 is arranged in front of the engine cab 2. The exhaust pipe 32 projects upward from the engine hood 31. The first headlight 51 and the second headlight 52 are separately arranged in the lateral direction in a front part of the operation cab 2, and are arranged so that the optical axes A1 and A2 mutually cross and the optical axes A1 and A2 do not overlap with the exhaust pipe 32.
