Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a construction machine capable of restricting an amount of descending even if a machine body descends along an oblique land due to leakage of hydraulic oil when a running operating unit is not operated, that is, the running operating unit is placed at a neutral position and the machine body is kept at the running stopped state.SOLUTION: This invention comprises variable capacity type running hydraulic pumps PL, PR of which discharged capacity is changed in response to an operation of the running operating unit; variable capacity type running hydraulic motors ML, MR connected in fluid to the running hydraulic pumps and that can be changed over to several stages of motor capacities; a motor capacity selection part 66 for selecting motor capacities of several stages of the running hydraulic motors; a motor capacity selecting operation part for operating the motor capacity selection part; an operation detecting part for detecting an operation of the running operation unit; and a control part connecting the operation detecting part and the motor capacity selection operating part to the input side and connecting the motor capacity selecting part to the output side. When the operation detecting part does not detect the operation of the running operation unit, the running hydraulic motor is set to a stage of high capacity prior to a result of selection of the motor capacity selecting part.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 6
