Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enhance operating performance without setting back a counter weight by connecting a pipeline with a heat exchanger.
SOLUTION: It is so constituted that an inflow pipeline 28 connecting the turbo-super charger 16 of an engine 14 with the inflow side tank 25 of an inter- cooler 24 is provided by making use of a counterweight 17. By this constitution, since the line can be eliminated out of a space among a radiator 20, an oil cooler 21 and the counterweight 17, the counterweight 17 can be disposed while being moved to a place close to the radiator 20 and the oil cooler 21, the turning radius of an upper turning body can be made small by making the longitudinal length of the aforesaid body short, so that the operating performance of a hydraulic shovel can thereby be enhanced. In addition, the pipeline can be eliminated out of the upper surfaces of the radiator 20 and the oil cooler 21, rear visibility can thereby be well improved with an engine cover 13 made lower.
