Abstract:

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a construction material dealing management system capable of efficiently executing the service for selecting the construction material, estimating the cost, ordering the material, and delivering the material.
SOLUTION: This construction material dealing management system for managing the dealing when the construction material provided by a maker of the material is sold to a construction company who constructs a building, comprises a merchandise information managing means for registering the information on the merchandise of the material to be provided by the maker of the material, and providing the information on the merchandise according to the necessity, an estimate processing means for forming and issuing the estimate information on the merchandise registered in the merchandise information managing means according to the necessity, and an order managing means for selecting a material supplier who receives the order, in reference to the estimate information issued by the estimate processing means in accordance with the order from the construction company, and making the order of the construction material to the selected material supplier.
