PURPOSE: To facilitate manufacture and processing by composing the hull construction with thermo plastic bubble forming resin mold made by the combination of the resin of the poly olefin family and a compound of venyl aromatic family, as used as a core material being covered by FRP to increase anti-impact and insoluble characteristics.
CONSTITUTION: A thermo plastic bubble forming resin mold is obtained by a resin of poly olefin family such as poly ethylene, poly propylene, random copolymer of ethylene and propylene, and a monomer of the venyl aromatic family such as stylene, ethyl stylene and chloro stylene. With this type of mold as a core material 13a, and using a component material 12 covered by FRP13b, the hull construction of the sliding boat and other marine crafts is formed.
