Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To construct a bottom mound of a large area and high strength by using slurry mud.
SOLUTION: A mud holding body composed of a flexible sheet shape mud covering member 4 and a flexible bag shape bottom sticking member 5 is used for this bottom mound. The mud covering member 4 is formed in a dual structure of a impermeabilized upper side and a permeable lower side and provided with a mud filling hole 4a and a water discharge hole 4b running vertically through the water. The bottom sticking member 5 is fix to the periphery of the mud covering member 4 in a ring and provided with a mud filling hole running through in and out it. Upon placing the mud holding body on the bottom 0, it is anchored to the bottom 0 by feeding slurry mud 2 into the bottom sticking member 5 from a service platform ship 1 on the water. Slurry mud 2 is filled in the lower part of the mud covering member 4 and forcedly dewatered by water pressure, after which the lower part of the mud covering member 4 is refilled with slurry mud 2.
