To easily assemble and disassemble form members and reuse them, by using heat-insulation panels used as forms in common for inside forms and connecting forms made of polyolefin resin foamed body in which tiles are fitted and retained to the inside forms, as external forms.
This form member 10 is integrally formed with polyolefin resin foamed body (the compressive stress at 10% strain is 0.5-8.0kgf/cm2) or preferably polypropylene resin foamed body (1.0-6.0kgf/cm2) and tiles 5 are fitted and retained in a number of recesses 11. The form members 10 are vertically and laterally connected and fixed by engaging uneven parts formed at the four peripheries and corner-connecting tools 30 are fitted to the corners as the external form. And the form members 10 are supported by the vertical end members 71, lateral end members 73, and tensioning members 75 through separators 60 holding the distance from the inside form 1 of the heat-insulation panel used as the form in common and concrete is placed. Accordingly, form members 10 can be easily assembled and disassembled and reused. The inside forms 1 are integrally formed with concrete and the disassembling work of the forms can be omitted.
