To provide a construction method which allows water content to be removed from a building material from the foundation side during construction, even for a building employing foundation heat insulation.
A window part 110 is installed without an upper insulating material 60 and a sheath material 42 in a window forming step. The window part 110 is covered with a ventilator 100 attached thereto in a ventilation step. The installation of the ventilator 100 and the installation of the upper insulating material 60 on a steel foundation 2 can be thereby performed at the same time or sequentially. Furthermore, the ventilator 100 can be installed on a beam 30 before a building A is built up on the steel foundation 2, so that not only the ventilator 100 is easily installed, but also the water content can be removed from the building material of the building A from the beginning of building up the building A. Furthermore, the water content can be removed from a foundation slab 1 and an underfloor space U.
