To provide a construction method of a diaphragm wall capable of shortening core material inserting time, without substantially generating industrial waste surplus soil, without using excessive water.
This soil cement diaphragm wall is prepared by a three-section constitution of a hardening liquid uninjected section of 35% to 45% to the total drilled hole length as first stage hole drilling, a hardening liquid injection section being second stage excavation under its section, and a reagitating section being third stage hole drilling for agitating while injecting a hardening liquid into a first stage hole drilling place thereafter. Instead of the hardening liquid of kneading cement, bentonite and water, a hardening liquid is used by being formed by blending at a rate of a fibrous substance and water by paper sludge being industrial waste generated when regenerating cement, bentonite and used paper. The cement of 140 kg to 180 kg, the bentonite of 4 to 12 kg, the fibrous substance of 8 to 12 kg and the water of 500 liters or less are agitated to original position soil of 1 m
