PURPOSE: To realize construction which allows simple matching of position by moving a connecting member to the other structural material side to release temporary fixing, and engaging and connecting with a through hole after joining the structural material which temporarily fixes a tip of the connecting member to the through hole of one structural material via a hold means at a desired position.

CONSTITUTION: A through hole 5 whose diameter is larger than the outside diameter of a connecting member 3 is provided on one 2 of structural materials 1, 2, and an insertion hole 4 for the connecting member 3 is provided on the other 1. A hold means 7 such as glass resin is provided in a clearance 8 between the connecting member 3 and through hole 5. The connecting member 3 is inserted, fixed temporarily, and held, and pushed in after the structural materials 1, 2 are put at the predetermined positions. Both of the structural materials 1, 2 are connected by a nut 6. Consequently, a worker can perform the work easily without holding the connecting member 3.
