To provide a construction panel manufacturing device, which reduces wasteful use of forming rolls and attains reduction of cost.

The construction panel manufacturing device is provided with pairs of the forming rolls, which sandwich a metal band and form rugged patterns on the metal band. The forming roll is provided with a principal pattern body 20, which forms a principal pattern on the central part of the metal band, and with end-part pattern forming bodies 22, which form end-part patterns on both sides of the metal band. The forming roll is constructed such that the end-part pattern forming bodies 22 are detachably attached to the principal pattern body 20. The forming roll, which has good balance and does not generate defective formation, is constructed by variously changing the combination of the principal pattern body 20 and the end-part pattern forming bodies 22.
