PURPOSE: To replace a window sash while keeping a window shutter installed so as to improve comfortableness by providing a sash frame in such a manner as to be freely removed from the exterior, and opening and closing the lower side of a shutter case by removal of the sash frame.
CONSTITUTION: A window sash 2 is fitted into a space portion from the exterior up to the position of a window frame, the space portion being formed by a shutter case 5 and a guide rail 6. Next, right and left sash frames 2c, 2d and a lower sash frame 2b are freely removably fastened by screws to right and left shutter frames and a lower shutter frame, respectively. An upper sash frame 2a is freely removably fastened by screws to a reinforcing frame. Maintenance work, etc., is performed while opening the shutter case 5 by removal of the window sash 2, and replacing of the window sash 2 while keeping the window sash 1 installed is made possible. Workability for maintenance, etc., can thus be enhanced and comfortableness improved while securing a burglarproof property.
