In this consulting service system, a client terminal 2 and a consultant terminal 4 are connected via a business managing server 1 by a network, and the server is provided with a receiving means 7 for business information from the client terminal, an answer need judging means 9, an answer preparing means 11, an answer transmitting means 13 to the consultant terminal, a receiving means 17 for a corrected answer from the consultant terminal and a corrected answer transmitting means 19 to the client terminal.
