To provide a mechanism to enable a user to receive service without costs of consumables when the user receives print output of advertisement.
Advertisement information is managed, distribution information based on the advertisement information is generated, the distribution information is distributed to be printed with a printer of the user, the printing point of the user who prints the advertisement information is updated by performing print output of the distribution information with the printer of the user and whether the consumables should be provided to the user is judged according to the printing points.
