To provide a contact-bonded postcard paper for rapid rotary ink jet recording with advantages in deterioration prevention of pressure-sensitive adhesive and prevention of yellowing, having an improved waterproofness and outstanding sharpness of a printed image and further having a remarkable ink absorption.
This contact-bonded postcard paper has an adhesive layer containing a pressure-sensitive adhesive, a deterioration preventing agent and an ink fixative formed on one surface of a sheet-like support. The deterioration preventing agent contains a 2,6-di-tertiary butyl-4-methylphenol and a 2-mercaptobenzimidazole, and the mixing ratio of the 2,6-di-tertiary butyl-4-methylphenol to the 2-mercaptobenzimidazole is 3:7 to 7:3 in terms of mass solids content ratio. In addition, the ink fixative is an alkylamine epichlorohydrin polycondensation product with a number-average molecular weight of 2,000 to 5,000.
