Abstract:
PURPOSE:To package the titled device on one sheet of printed circuit board by applying both front and rear surfaces of the printed circuit board with resist ink that shields light, and disposing the board outside a light shielding cover that covers an original reading sensor part. CONSTITUTION:On both front and rear surfaces of the printed circuit board 12, the resist ink that shield light, for instance, black in color is uniformly applied. Hence the incidence of external light from the printed circuit board 12 to the sensor part 11 can be shielded. The sensor part 11 and the board 12 are disposed in a recessed part 13a provided on the upper surface of a base 13. The light shielding cover 16, Since it only needs to cover the sensor part 11 and not the board 12, whole of the shielding cover can be miniaturized. Also, since the board 12 is not covered by the cover 16, electrical parts do not need to be divided in a block of themselves that are adjusted and in another of themselves that are not adjusted as in a conventional case, and this means that they can be packaged necessarily on the printed circuit board 12.
