Abstract:

PURPOSE: To stabilize contact pressure and to prevent the occurrence of a contact fault by providing an energizing means energizing a moving piece to a card insertion path surface-side and setting a back-side to abut on a card insertion path surface.
CONSTITUTION: When an IC card 1 is inserted from a card insertion port 6 into a card insertion path 21, the tip of the IC card 1 is abutted on an abutting part 22b. When the IC card is inserted furthermore, a dowel 22a in the moving piece 22 slides along a guide groove 11a against a spring 24. Thus, the lower end of the moving piece 22 moves to the back of the card insertion path 21 by approaching the card insertion path 21. The contact piece 23 of the moving piece 22 is brought into contact with the electrode of the IC card 1. In such a case, a reception part 22d receiving the lower end surface of the tip part of the card 1 is provided. When a warp occurs at the tip part of the card, the front side of the mover 22 rocks with the back-side as a center by stree in the card 1, which is generated by the warp. The reception part 22d receives the tip of the card 1.
