Abstract:
PURPOSE: To remove an unnecessary false signal from an output signal by integrating the output signal of a photodiode by an integrating means.
CONSTITUTION: When a driving pulse I1 is supplied to blocking diodes 21-16, a control part 20 provided in each of output circuit C1 to C16 turns off a switch SW connected in parallel with an integrator 10 at the fall time t1 of the driving pulse I1 and turns on the switch SW at a time t3 a little earlier than the rise time t2 of the driving pulse I1. Thus, an unnecessary false signal resulting from a capacitor Cc at a crossover portion is removed so that an output signal can be obtained by integrating only a true signal portion.
