Abstract:
PURPOSE:To realize a time delay relay device with less parts number by using a low resistor connected in parallel with a magnetic coil made of a superconductive material and a magnetism sensing element sensing magnetic flux from the said magnetic coil. CONSTITUTION:A low resistor 2 is connected in parallel with a magnetic coil 1 made of a superconductive material, one terminal of the magnetic coil 1 is connected to a feeding terminal 4 via a feeding switch 3 and the other terminal is connected to ground. Thus, even when feeding is interrupted via the feeder switch 3, a circulating current flows in the closed circuit comprising the magnetic coil 1 and the low resistor 2. Even when the current of a magnetic coil 1 is reduced to 10% of the maximum value, the output of the comparator 10 transits from a high to a low potential level in 1 sec or over elapsed after the application of the switch 3 is released by setting the voltage of the reference voltage source 9 so that the output of the comparator 10 goes to a high level by the output of a Hall element 5.
