To provide a container capable of thawing a frozen noodle without drying or macerating the frozen noodle, and executing the thawing and cooking of soup for the noodle at the same time.
The container comprises a first container 2, a second container 3 stored inside the first container 2 and a lid 4. The first container 2 has an internal space for storing water for the soup of the noodle to be cooked or water for thawing the noodle. The second container 3 has an internal space for storing the noodle and a plurality of openings 8 on a bottom wall for making steam flow. The second container 3 is removably supported by the first container 2 in such a way that the bottom of the second container is higher than the liquid level 11a of the water 11 for the soup or for thawing the noodle.
