Title:
CONTAINER FOR INSTATANEOUS RAPID COOLING
Document Type and Number:
Japanese Patent JPH0560437
Kind Code:
A
Abstract:

PURPOSE: To provide a container for instantaneous rapid cooling capable of instantaneously cooling drinks and fruits by a method wherein the bottom part of a double wall structure container is sealed with liquefied gas gasified in cold atmospheric pressure environment, and when occasion demands, liquefied gas is discharged in double wall structure to instantaneously cool drinks and fruits in an inner can or an inner cylinder through a gasifying endothermic action.

CONSTITUTION: A fixed plate 4 being an opening closing mechanism to disconnect and connect the interior of a bottom part from and to the open air is securely adhered to a can wall of inner and outer cans 1 and 3, and an operation tool 6 for a moving plate 5 is arranged. The fixing plate 4 and the moving plate 5 have through-holes 7 formed at the same pitch as each other. Through manual movement of the moving plate 5 by means of the operation tool 6, an amount of liquefied gas flowing through the through-holes 7 of the fixed plate 4 and the moving plate 5 is regulatable according to a desired cooling speed. Liquefied gas under sealing is discharged from the bottom part between upper double walls communicated to an atmospheric pressure to form atmospheric pressure environment by means of an opening closing mechanism located to the lower part of a container. A drink or a fruit in the inner can is instantaneously cooled through a gasifying endothermic action to be served to a user.
