Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent dew formation for hygiene and also allow clear print to be applied on a high peripheral wall by forming numerous grooves from an outer periphery toward a center of a disk-like material plate with air permeability and by printing so that printed patterns at both rims of the groove are aligned when the material plate is brailed along the grooves. SOLUTION: A disk-like material plate equipped with numerous grooves including longer grooves 6, 26 and shorter grooves 7, 27 from an outer periphery toward a center which are arranged regularly and alternately is brailed along the grooves, ribs 5, 25 are formed to provide a top plate 2 or a bottom plate 22, and further internal faces 4, 24 are provided by folding an intermediate line inward, thereby forming a lid 1 and a container body 21. In addition, in order to make the container body 21 permeable, a cut is made on synthetic resin laminated on a rear of the container body 21 or a plurality of vent holes 8, 28 are formed on the lid 1 and on the container body 21. Further, a character to be printed across the longer groove 6 of the lid 1 is printed so that printed patterns at both rims of the groove 6 are aligned when the plate is brailed along the grooves.
