PURPOSE: To prevent bacteria, mold and mites from propagating in clothes for a long period of time by a method wherein on a part or the whole of the inner surface of a flexible airtight sheet storing container for clothing, the inside of which is evacuated to reduce the volume, a film layer which contains a bactericidal aluminosilicate is provided

CONSTITUTION: The subject container is equipped with an opening 20 from which clothing can be placed or taken out and which is sealable, and an air discharge port 30 from which air in the container is removed and which retains a vacuum condition of the container. Also, a film layer which contains a bactericidal aluminosilicate is provided on a part or the whole of the inner surface of the container. For the aluminosilicate, crystalline aluminosilicate which is generally called zeolite or amorphous aluminosilicate is used. Also, a heat- weldable film layer is provided on the inner peripheral surface of an airtight sheet around the end of the opening 20. The heat-weldable film layer may be provided on the bactericidal aluminosilicate-containing film layer which is provided on the airtight sheet.
