Abstract:
To provide a container for microwave heating capable of shortening processing time required for heating a material to be heated.
In this container for microwave heating, a metallic structure is produced from a ferromagnetic α-phase steel plate. Other than a pure steel plate, a coated steel plate provided with a coating to which microwave absorbing heat generation pigments are added or a highly heat absorptive black coating can be used for a container material as well. Especially, a ferrite-based stainless steel plate whose specific resistance is ≥50 μΩ cm is suitable.
