A sleeve 13 is integrally connected to a solution container 1 and a vial 2 is inserted into the sleeve 13 so as to be rotatable and movable back and forth in an axial direction. A rubber cap 11, which seals an end part of the vial 2, projecting from the sleeve 13, is press-fitted into the end part. An external lid 12, which prevents the rubber cap 11 from slipping off from the vial 2, covers the rubber cap 11 and is engaged with a flange 9 formed in the vial 2. A tip of a cylindrical skirt part 12b composing the external lid 12 is connected to the sleeve 13.
