To eliminate the problem that in a container for a cream yeast, only a manual valve has conventionally been used, and therefore, when a party to which the containers are delivered has an automated line, it is required to further provide piping on the tip of a nozzle of the manual valve, and connect the piping with an automatic valve, however, the piping neck part becomes longer because of the connection, and the cooling of the piping neck part becomes insufficient, or the settling of the yeast occurs, and the staling or the two layer separation of the cream yeast in the piping neck part is greatly undesirable in the quality of a product.
This container for the cream yeast is constituted in such a manner that a manhole, a yeast cream injecting port and a motor for rotating a propeller are installed on the upper part, and a discharging port for the cream yeast is installed on the bottom, and a propeller for stirring is installed inside. At the same time, a separable valve, preferably, a separable automatic valve is attached to the discharging port.
