Abstract:
PURPOSE:To reduce the work time omitting work for moving a container to its loading position from a deck by providing a lift mechanism which vertically moves a container supporter from the bottom part of a hold to the deck. CONSTITUTION:Placing a container hanger 6 of a container crane 1 in a standby state on an objective cell 24 while actuating a motor 29 of a lift mechanism 30, a pallet 27 is lifted by the height of one container C. In this way, all the containers C in the cell 24 are lifted by the pallet 27, while the container C in the first step protrudes on a deck 11. Next hanging this protruded one container C by a container hanger 6, a trolley 5 is moved to the side of a quay P, and the container C is placed on a relay bed 7. The container C, placed on the relay bed 7, is transfer fed to a chassis 9 by an auxiliary trolley 10. During this time, moving the trolley 5 to the former standby position simultaneously actuating the motor 29 of the lift mechanism 30, the pallet 27 is lifted by the height of the one container C, and the container C in the second step is protruded on a deck 10.
