PURPOSE: To discharge the content into a liquid medium without exposing the content to the environment or a worker by providing a container to store the substance to be added to the liquid medium comprising a part to be easily soluble and/or dispersible in the liquid medium, and a part not to be soluble and/or dispersible in the liquid medium.

CONSTITUTION: In a container for dangerous goods such as the condensate of agricultural chemicals, a container 10 has surfaces 2, 4, 6, 8 having folding lines to be indicated by the dashed dot lines. End parts of the surfaces 2, 4 and end parts of the surfaces 6, 8 are folded along the folding lines 12, 14, 16, 18, 20, 22 and the folding lines 24, 26, respectively. The folded end parts fix a water-soluble or water-dispersible paper piece 28, and held at the regular position. The container is filled with, e.g. herbicide, and its tip is sealed. When in use, a bottom part of the container is immersed in a water tank, and then, lifted and a wet bottom part is detached from water. The paper piece 28 is soluble or dispersible, the content opens the bottom part with its weight, and falls into water to be soluble or dispersible.
