Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a storage structure for an object to be stored, which can be simply manufactured at a low cost by simplifying a structure of lock mechanism in a structure for the object to be stored such as an armrest and further by simplifying the structure linking a storage recess part such as a drink holder with the lock mechanism.SOLUTION: An armrest 5A has a storage recess part 10 storing an object to be stored 11 and turns between a use position and non-use position with a shaft member 9 as a center. Besides, the armrest has a lock member 15 receiving a load of the storage recess part 10 by a first portion 15c and enclosing the shaft member 9 by a second portion 15d. The lock member 15 is covered with a pad 16 being an elastic member. The lock member 15 moves in a bending manner when the first portion 15c receives the load of the storage recess part 10, and the second portion 15d pinches the shaft member 9 by the bending movement. By such a pinching action, the lock member 15 is fixed to the shaft member 9 and thus, turning of the armrest 5A is prohibited.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 3
