To provide a contaminated stratum cleaning system by Fenton reaction capable of enhancing application quality and efficiency of decontamination by separating 2 liquids until they arrive at a deep part of the contaminated stratum and performing a chemical reaction at the deep part.

The contaminated stratum cleaning system by Fenton reaction is provided with a two-liquid independent pressure-injection means 30 in which the first liquid 2x and the second liquid 2y are separated at the pre-stage where the chemical reaction for decontamination is performed and are simultaneously injected to the depth parts 1x, 1y of the contaminated stratum through a rod 12 inserted to an injection well 3 of the contaminated stratum 1. The two-liquid independent pressure-injection means 30 is provided with a first liquid feeding means 4x for feeding the first liquid 2x; a second liquid feeding means 4y for feeding the second liquid 2y; an ultra-high pressure injection pump 7 for pressure-injecting the first liquid 2x and the second liquid 2y pressurized to an ultra-high pressure of 100 MPa to 400 MPa to the rod 12 while sorting them to a separate route; a first injection nozzle 12j and a second injection nozzle 12k arranged with a gap on a peripheral surface of the rod 12 so as to inject the first liquid 2x and the second liquid 2y pressure-injected to the rod 12 in an oppositely left direction; and independent first route 12x and second route 12y corresponding to the first liquid 2x and the second liquid 2y.
