To provide a content editing support method and a system based on real-time generation of synthetic sounds for video content.SOLUTION: A content editing support method according to one embodiment includes stages of: extracting a plurality of snapshots from video content selected by a content editing tool; displaying the plurality of extracted snapshots according to a timeline by the content editing tool; converting a text entered in the content editing tool to voice of a voice type selected by the content editing tool, based on the entered text and the selected voice type; and adding the converted voice at a time point selected for the timeline by the content editing tool.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 4
