A provision content management apparatus 2 determines a level of the provision content based on individual attribute information on the user which is stored in an individual attribute information storage part 11, and content viewing and listening/operation history information acquired by a content viewing and listening/operation information acquiring part 14, and selects the content of a difficulty level which is matched to the level of understanding of the user, from a plurality of contents. A script creating part 24 creates a control script where a reproduction order and a reproduction method of the content and a layout are described. The content reproduced by a content reproduction (display) part 13 is automatically updated by the control script and it is provided to the user.
