Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a continuous type aggregating agitator not by a method for utilizing a ready-mixed concrete car carrying an agitator as a method for changing instantaneously from a fluidization to a plastic state but by adding an agent excellent in an agglomerating action for changing instantly into a plastic state while discharging, from an agitator carried on a ready-mixed concrete car carrying excess ready-mixed concrete being fluidized, so that the aggregate in the ready-mixed concrete may be separated.SOLUTION: A continuous type aggregating agitator is equipped on a revolving shaft 1 with a paddle-shaped blade 2 and a screw-shaped blade 3 as a feed, and agitates and discharges an excess ready-mixed concrete, muddy soil and a high polymer aggregating agent. A U-shaped trough 12 or the casing of the agitator is made of rubber, and the revolving shaft 1 is made to rotate at 100 rpm or higher for one minute.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
