PURPOSE: To enable low temp. heating following to heat treatment and to improve the strength with baking treatment at the low temp. for short time by arranging a reheating device besides heating device and cooling device in a continuous annealing line for Al rolled sheet.
CONSTITUTION: The reheating device 13 is arranged at between the cooling device 6 and a coiler 10 in the continuous annealing line. Position for arranging the reheating device 13 is the best place at near the coiler 10. Then, the Al rolled sheet recoiled from a recoiler is further further cooled with the outer air during passing through a buffering device 7 after executing the heat treatment through a buffering device 4, the heating device 5 and cooling device 6. This rolled sheet is introduced into the reheating device 13 and heated to the low temp. of about 50-150°C and wound with the coiler 10 at about 50-150°C and the taken-out coil is kept in the necessary time at necessary temp. by an appropriate temp. holding method.
