The continuous automatic welding equipment for a single-tube comprises a work carrying-in device 4 to carry in a work W bent in a cylindrical shape, a work positioning device 5 to arrange a slit part Wa of the work W, a work carrying device 7 which carries the work W in the axial direction while connecting the work W in series, holds the work W from the both outer sides, and butts slit parts Wa, and welding equipment 9 to perform the butt-welding of the slit parts Wa of each work W. The work carrying device 7 comprises a work feed unit to hold the work W from the both outer sides and carry the work, and a work welding and feed unit which receives the work W from the work feed unit, holds the work from the both outer sides, and carries the work with the slit parts Wa butted to each other. The feed speed of the work feed unit is set to be higher than the feed speed of the work welding and feed unit, a front end of the succeeding work W is tightly attached to a rear end of the preceding work W, and each work W is carried while correcting the space between the works W and deviation of the work W in the axial direction.
