To provide a continuous baking furnace capable of facilitating formation of temperature distribution corresponding to each treating process and manufacturing a burned product by continuously firing a substance to be fired, to provide a method for manufacturing the burned product, and to provide the burned product.
A firing chamber 17 linearly extending along a longitudinal direction is partitioned for formation by a heat insulation wall 18 at the internal part of a tunnel-form furnace wall 11. The heat insulation wall 18 has heater insulation property, allows penetration of microwave and is formed that thickness is gradually increased from the inlet side toward the outlet side. Further, the continuous baking furnace is provided with a truck, and the fired product 10 is conveyed from an inlet to an outlet in the firing chamber 17 by the truck.
