Consequently, the intrusion can be prevented from being mixed in a final product resulting from the pull-in of a molten-metal oxide film and the intrusion existing on the surface of the molten metal in the trough 6 generated by a negative pressure effect caused by the flow-in of the high-speed molten metal into the spout 10.
