Abstract:
PURPOSE: To provide a continuous cooked rice cooling device of which the cooling operation is hygienically performed, and of which the maintenance, etc., can easily be done.
CONSTITUTION: A cooling chamber 5 which surrounds a cooked rice 4 discharged on a carrying conveyor 9, and an air discharging duct part 6 which discharges air in the cooling chamber 5 from the bottom of the cooked rice 4 are integrally provided on a cooked rice cooling device main body. Also, a unit part 2 for the air discharging system for which an air discharging duct 40 which is connected to the duct part 6 and a cooling fan 36 which is connected to the duct 40 and imparts a suction force to the duct 40, etc., are made to be a pair are detachably provided on the cooked rice cooling device main body 1.
